Job overview

Supporting the Advanced Solutions Engineers in their daily tasks, administration, customer requests and complaints. Also will be leading smaller projects to improve internal operations of Advanced Business Solutions, procedures and help in generating sales leads. ABS Coordinator must grow into subject matter expert in field of new technologies and solutions and have a strong understanding of all aspects of wireless as well as all new technologies and how to relate to customer applications. In addition will assist in building strong relationships internally and externally if needed.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Provides support to Advanced Solutions Engineers in sales (Fleet Management, M2M solutions, Fixed Telephony Solutions, Business Intranet Links, Internet and Email solutions, Cloud, etc)
  • Handles requests from other departments regarding customer needs and complaints
  • Data base analysis to generate sales leads
  • Contributes in providing technical content for sales proposals and presentations for clients
  • Perform tests of new devices and become expert in phone operating systems
  • Find ways to optimize current sales operations, procedures and daily business
  • Help in development of ABS trainings and manuals
  • Assists on different projects
  • Assists in the execution of sales strategy

 

For the good start, you will need:

  • Last year of studies, finished studies or master in next university types: telecommunications, computer science, electrical engineering, business administration, organizational sciences or similar
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • No work experience required
  • Good oral and written communication skills including the ability to prepare and deliver professional documents and presentations
  • Demonstrates ability to learn and develop in field of advanced business solutions
  • Advantage if have project management knowledge
  • Advantage if have valid driver license required
  • Advantage Knowledge in other applications PC and Phones
