Customer Insight Intern


Your responsibilities:

  • Taking part in external research studies (quantitative & qualitative) in cooperation with market research agencies
  • Coordinating and managing of internally conducted surveys
  • Linkage of externally collected data with internal data sources
  • Assisting in data interpretation & report preparations
  • Preparing and presenting research findings
  • Assisting Consumer Insights team with day-to-day work


For the good start, you will need:

  • Fresh graduate (or a year from graduation) in Psychology, Marketing, Statistics, Social sciences or similar
  • Familiar with different research methodologies (Brand & Ad tracking, U&A, Conjoint, Segmentation, CEX etc.) is advantage
  • Academic or Industry experience with research design, questionnaire development, data analysis and report writing
  • Familiar with PowerPoint, SPSS Statistics and Excel
  • Fluent in English
  • Full working hours availability up to 12 months
