In this temporary Intern position, you will support the Office Assistant with her daily administrative tasks.

 

Your tasks

  • Welcoming visitors
  • Communication personnel with all matters related to day to day business 
  • Schedule and obtain use of meeting and teleconference room
  • Collect the post from all departments, issue the post according to Post Work Instruction, distribute the post
  • Arrange Access Cards employees according to IT&Telecommunication Work Instruction,
  • Collect monthly orders for the office stationary from all departments according to the Office Stationary Work Instruction, issue the order, distribute office stationary
  • Taking over the Duties of the Office Assistant during holidays
  • Manage the travel arrangements
  • Support Human Resources in administrative tasks
