Your role will include:

  • Manage applicant databases to record candidate information and track the hiring progress of each candidate
  • Assist in sourcing candidates for proposed positions
  • Assist in drafting and post job advertisements for proposed positions
  • Assist with interview scheduling process and coordinating logistics
  • Conduct phone interviews and participate in the presential interviews
  • Establish and maintain relationship with universities and student organizations
  • Other tasks as assigned



  • Bachelor's Degree (or progress toward) in Human Resource Management
  • Interest in recruitment and/or human resources, particularly within international development
  • Candidates who can commit part-time, 4 hours per day, 5 working days a week
  • Have a strong affinity for critical thinking, problem-solving, result-orientation for learning
  • Passionate about people, services and corporative culture
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive, motivated and open-minded attitude
  • Advanced knowledge of English
  • Proficient PC user and active user of social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and others)
